The super clean bench is strictly tested before they leave the factory to ensure normal use.

1. There are two type of air circulation: horizontal open loop and vertical close loop.

Open loop air circulation is as follows, the main feature is that in each cycle all the air is collected from the outside through clean bench box and returned to the atmosphere directly. The general horizontal flow super-clean working table adopts the opening loop, this kind of clean bench structure is simple, cost is low, but the fan and filter load are heavily, it has a bad effect on using life, at the same time the cleaning efficiency of fully open air circulation is not high, usually only for low cleanliness requirements or biological hazards environment.

The closed loop is not actually a complete inner air flow cycle. Air will be discharged into the atmosphere in each cycle, after passing through the working area, 70% of the gas passes through the orifice and enters the nest cycle again. Compared to the outside air, the gas is still relatively pure, so the filter load is lighter, services life will also be longer, and this air circulation is adopted by the current main clean bench product.
2. The vertical ultra clean bench installs ultraviolet lamp for disinfection and sterilization.
